About Me -

My name is Harpreet singh. I am living in Kharar (Town near to Chandigarh)I have post graduate degree in English . I am down to earth, ambitious calm and optimistic person.

I am a fitness freak and I have an urge to being fit and active . I believe  in lord Buddha's quote - "To keep the body in good health is our duty otherwise we shall not be able to keep the mind strong and clear" I use to follow heavy workout routine 2 to 3 hours 6 days a week . which includes running, skipping, and heavy weight training .

I try to have well balanced diet as much as I can, my gym partner is inspiration for me. we both have decided to take participation in masters bodybuilding championship. Gym is the only place where I always found relief when I feel a bit stressed .

My motive here to to give information regarding Healthy , nutritious food and to promote healthy life. I would try to provide as maximum knowledge about every thing related to Nutrition, whether it would be related to natural Foods or food supplements.
